I workout a lot. A whole lot. But no matter how much I workout, if I don't eat right, I don't look or feel good. I have a serious sweet tooth, which is worse during the holidays because there are delicious cookies, cakes and chocolates everywhere I turn. I am a firm believer in an occasional splurge (we're human!), but I also don't want to ruin all my hard work with weeks of overindulging.
